TITAN NUTRITION
Titan Nutrition was launched in 2022 for two reasons. Firstly, to dispel the many myths and address the taboo subjects that are rife within the fitness industry. Secondly, there is a distinct link between those in the lifting community and mental health issues. Titan focuses on making people both physically but more importantly, mentally strong. This is done through behavioural protocols as well as easy to follow nutritional programming. There are no quick fixes or 12 week 'shreds', this about understanding yourself as a person and as an athlete, whilst improving your relationship with food and your perception of yourself.
I chose to become involved in Tattooed and Strong as a sponsor because I have competed in this phenomenal event in the past. Over the past year I have developed my own community of clients and lifters that want to experience how electric this event is. Being part of this on any level is an honour and a privilege and I for one, cannot wait to see everyone in Manchester in April.

Tattooed & Strong is the main flagship event of the Global Powerlifting Federation of Great Britain. The GPC-GB is becoming one of the fastest growing federations in the UK, backed by a vibrant and growing World federation (GPC) who has 29 affiliated countries plus individual lifters from 5 other countries. This is echoed in the UK with our membership growing to 400 members, of whom 100 are women.
